Well-being Building Audit
Timeline: 10 days
We conduct a comprehensive culture and well-being audit of existing buildings to assess how the spaces can enhance health, well-being, and cultural inclusivity.
Includes:
Assessment Report: Provides a detailed report highlighting strengths and forward looking opportunities for growth. Recommendations include best practices and research-backed strategies that serve as a strategic roadmap for spaces that your stakeholders can thrive in.
VIP DAY STRATEGY SERVICE
Timeline: 2 days
This one-day strategy intensive is designed to help establish project goals and develop an engagement strategy for a specific project. Together, we will work to create an engagement strategy with guided steps and the necessary resources for efficient implementation and seamless administration. After the strategy session, details are finalized and delivered the following day.
Includes:
Needs Assessment: Identifies the project scope, needs, goals, and desired outcomes.
Evidence-based engagement recommendations: Identifies the most effective quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-method approach to determine project outcomes for up to two predetermined variables.
Engagement execution plan: An inclusive plan with the necessary elements for executing engagement with your staff. Additionally, it offers insights into methods for enhancing response rates and provides a guide for administering and supervising your engagement.

This done-for-you service creates impact, action, and accountability through a comprehensive solution to guide and support you in achieving health equity, well-being, and belonging goals. Choose up to two pre-determined variables that align with your project scope and objectives. Includes research and community engagement, survey administration, and actionable research-backed
